In celebration of the International Women's Day 2019, ICOC Albay held “A Better Her” Women's Talk last Saturday, March 09, 2019. Important needs such as mental health, personality development and inner beauty and goodness were discussed by women who are experts in each and specific areas.

Our sincerest thanks to Dr. Angelli Morico for sharing to us your expertise and kindness in taking care of our mental health. Thank you as well, Ms. Reina Zaragos of Avon in helping us how to exude beauty and grace as women of purpose. And thank you, Ms. Menchu Reyes-Bodigon for helping us understand how important inner beauty is and that is something that's already within us.

It was truly an amazing day and we look forward to more talks such as this. To God be all the glory!
