ICOC Albay was planted by twelve (12) missionaries from the Metro Manila Christian Church on July 31, 1996. It is a non-denominational Christian Church that strives to live for Jesus Christ and the teachings of the Bible.

a) To worship God wholeheartedly, both as individuals and as a family
