In partnership with Good Heart Foundation
Last December 27, 2018, ICOC Legaspi, in partnership with Good Heart Foundation, conducted its annual toy drive to selected indigent families and children of Baranggay 8 and Baranggay 16, Washington Drive, Legazpi City. This event aims to share the spirit of giving and loving during Christmas Season.
